All orders require approval before processing. Once approved, orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days.

We ship Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Orders placed late in the week are processed the following Monday to ensure cold-chain integrity during transit.

Products are packaged in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs where required. Tracking information is provided once the shipment is dispatched.

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or regulatory documentation required by local authorities.

Because Met7 peptides are temperature-sensitive biological products, we do not accept returns once a shipment has been delivered.

If a shipment arrives damaged, with broken seals, or shows visible signs of temperature compromise, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement or credit will be issued at our discretion.

Claims related to lot quality (purity, identity) must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and may require return of the affected unit for analysis.

Met7 treats all account information as strictly confidential. Customer data (name, contact details, company, country, purchase history) is never shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

Account information is used exclusively to verify the customer, process purchase requests, and provide product documentation.

Communications related to purchases (WhatsApp, email) are kept private between the customer and Met7. We do not store payment information; transactions are handled through verified financial channels at the time of purchase.

Met7 operates on a B2B model. The catalog and pricing are accessible only to verified account holders. Account verification is required before any purchase can be initiated.

All purchase requests are reviewed and approved by Met7 before being processed. Approval criteria include account verification status, intended use, and destination country.
