Science & technology
How we deliver 99%+ purity, lot after lot.
Met7 controls every step from synthesis to shipping. Below is the standardized workflow every peptide passes through before it can leave our facility.
The process
A six-stage verification workflow.
Solid-phase synthesis
Custom SPPS protocols tailored per peptide. Reagents qualified by lot before use.
Cleavage & lyophilization
Controlled cleavage, followed by lyophilization to produce a stable powder under sterile conditions.
HPLC purification
Reverse-phase HPLC to remove truncated and impurity peaks. Target ≥ 99% purity.
Mass spectrometry
MS confirmation of molecular weight against expected target sequence.
Lot documentation
Chromatogram, MS spectrum, and Certificate of Analysis archived per lot.
Cold-chain shipping
Insulated, temperature-controlled packaging from our Korean facility to your door.
Why Korea
Korean manufacturing means reproducible research.
South Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) enforces cGMP standards that exceed many regional norms. Research consistently shows that peptides manufactured under MFDS-regulated cGMP demonstrate lower aggregate impurity profiles and higher batch-to-batch consistency than unregulated alternatives. Korean facilities invest in rigorous cold-chain handling, mass spectrometry verification, and documented QC — practices that translate directly to research reliability.
Verification
Certificate of Analysis — per lot.
Every shipment includes (or can include on request) a Certificate of Analysis with:
