Quality & documentation

Every Met7 lot is HPLC and MS verified.

Research and clinical practice are only as reliable as the documentation behind the peptide on the bench. Met7 ships every batch with a Certificate of Analysis tied to the specific lot you received — purity by reverse-phase HPLC, identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, and full appearance and content data.

The Met7 quality stack

Six checkpoints between synthesis and your bench.

Solid-phase synthesis

Fmoc SPPS protocols with controlled coupling cycles. Each step monitored to keep deletion sequences and truncations to a minimum.

HPLC purity ≥ 99%

Reverse-phase HPLC on every lot. Target purity ≥99%; rejected batches never leave the facility.

Mass spectrometry identity

Molecular weight confirmed by MS (ESI / MALDI) against expected sequence. Every lot, no exceptions.

Cold-chain handling

Lyophilization, packaging and dispatch under controlled cold-chain. Shipments documented end-to-end.

Per-lot Certificate of Analysis

Each shipment is traceable to a specific lot with its HPLC chromatogram, MS spectrum, appearance and content data.

Korean cGMP process

Process aligned with South Korea's MFDS cGMP framework — documented QC, controlled environment, batch traceability.

Third-party verification

Independent reviews welcome.

We work with independent peptide review platforms and welcome batch testing by third parties. If you operate a verification service or directory and want to evaluate Met7, we ship samples and provide the matching lot documentation.

For directory listings (PeptiChecks and similar review platforms), email us with the evaluation protocol and we will coordinate sample dispatch and COA delivery directly.

What a Met7 COA includes

  • Peptide name, sequence and molecular formula
  • Lot number, manufacturing date and expiration
  • HPLC chromatogram with retention time and purity %
  • Mass spectrum confirming identity vs theoretical MW
  • Appearance, content and water/counter-ion data
  • Storage and handling instructions
